Hello there.

Another blast from the past that I've "Digitally Remastered" - whatever that means :-)

This is probably one of the most photographed structures on the planet and arriving there in the middle of the day at the height of the tourist season doesn't really lend itself to getting a cool, moody, atmospheric image. And it didn't help that my lens didn't have a wide enough angle to get this all in one shot.

So.. The image is a panoramic from 5 frames that were stitched together in Microsoft ICE (should that be MICE? :D) and then processed in a number of editing softwares to sort out crops levels sharpness etc. Finally I have applied a digital PP Infra Red filter. Hopefully this has given it the stand out from the crowd look that I was going for :-). More PP was tempting such as textures but I've managed to restrain myself.
